Job Title: Teacher of Art and Design

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Salary: £32,916 - £51,048

Start Date: January 2026

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Part-time/ Full-time

About You

As a Teacher of Art at Weavers Academy, you will bring your passion for the subject to life, inspiring systems with engaging and dynamic lessons. Our ideal candidate would:

* Foster a love of learning, be adaptable and creative, able to engage students with innovative teaching methods.
* Be an outstanding and reflective classroom practitioner.
* Set high expectations and be a positive role model – consistently demonstrating the positive attitudes, values and behaviours which we expect of pupils.
