This position plays a key role in supporting the Regional Sales Manager by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers Handle sales administration and maintain customer records Liaise between the Sales Manager and clients to ensure smooth communication Monitor customer accounts and support the achievement of sales targets Assist in data collection and reporting Schedule appointments and manage calendars Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Understanding of sales principles and service standards Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Willingness to learn and grow within the role Team player with the ability to work independently when required
