The role
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Resident Host to be the face of a modern residential development. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for residents and visitors. Manage reception, enquiries, calls, and visitor access. Receive, log, and organise resident parcels and deliveries. Handle amenity bookings, key management, and general resident requests. Accurately record interactions and escalate maintenance or service issues to the appropriate team. Support resident events and help foster a positive community atmosphere. Maintain health and safety procedures, visitor records, and contractor sign-ins. What We're Looking For Experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, concierge, hotel reception, retail, or customer service. A warm, professional, and approachable manner. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment. Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
