Our Residential Care Workers are fundamental to the development of the young people in our homes. Yes, there will be challenges along the way, lows and highs, but every forward step is a cause for celebration, and a simple “well done” goes a long way!
Our homes accommodate young people aged 8-18 from diverse backgrounds with varying social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to create the best possible outcomes, helping each young person reach their full potential.
The days can be long but…
You’ll make a genuine difference daily, ensuring minimal disruption to their lives and filling their days with meaningful interactions others may take for granted.
Your day involves ensuring they are up and ready, whether for school or a morning at the park. It also means making the service feel like home—running the vacuum, helping with homework, or preparing dinner. Evenings and weekends are for fun—playing video games, board games, or trips to the movies.
There is paperwork and planning, but supporting our young people is never boring. The days may be long, but time flies, and the work is meaningful.

We offer the best induction in the sector, with two weeks of face-to-face content delivered by experts. We also fund NVQ levels 3-5 if you show capability and desire.
