Overview
We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Vietnamese‑speaking childcare provider or nanny to support a family with three young children on an ad‑hoc backup basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, irregular hours rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive, age‑appropriate care for a three‑year‑old and twin two‑year‑olds.
* Support routines such as play, meals, and rest times.
* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment at all times.
* Follow the family’s guidance and safeguarding expectations.
* Have experience caring for toddlers and young children (including multiple children).
* Possess Vietnamese language skills or strong cultural familiarity (preferred).
* Offer flexible, ad‑hoc availability as needed.
* Maintain strong safeguarding awareness.
* Provide references and relevant childcare checks (e.g., DBS) or willingness to obtain them.
