Working closely with the Head of People, you will play a central role in delivering our People strategy by providing high quality, pragmatic and collaborative generalist HR support across the organisation. This is a unique role, you will be collaborating with dedicated professionals and forward-thinking leaders.
Your new role
As HR BusinessPartner, you will lead the delivery of key HR solutions, including full-cyclerecruitment, onboarding, performance management, people development, and employeeengagement. You will act as abusiness partner with your assigned functional areas, providing confidentialand effective coaching and advice to line managers, ensuring a deepunderstanding of that functional areas' strategy. Working closely with leadersand colleagues, you will ensure that ED&I isembedded in everything you do, support the transition of staff, and provide guidance.
