Keeler Recruitment are supporting a successful and growing organisation on an exclusive basis to appoint a Credit Control Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, great communication and a keen eye for detail. The role offers hybrid working and can be considered on a full-time or part-time basis, making it ideal for someone seeking flexibility.
The Role
Working closely with the Credit Manager, you'll play an important part in maintaining a healthy debtor ledger and ensuring customers pay within agreed terms. The position involves managing a portfolio of accounts, keeping records up to date and supporting smooth cashflow across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Looking after a set portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time.
* Sending regular aged debt updates and outstanding query lists to senior colleagues.
* Carrying out credit checks and monitoring changes to customer credit limits.
* Issuing invoices and monthly statements in a timely manner.
* Allocating incoming payments and processing credit notes on the sales ledger.
* Flagging any concerns or overdue accounts quickly to the Credit Manager.
* Building good relationships with customers to support effective query resolution.
About You
* Previous experience within credit control, accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
* Confident communicator, both by and email.
* Accurate, organised and comfortable managing a busy workload.
* Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
