You will manage a diverse group of staff, ensuring the delivery of a safe, nurturing environment that promotes well-being and development. Responsibilities include setting and maintaining high care standards, advising on policies, budgeting, and financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards. You will also foster community ties and collaboration with health and social care professionals.
