Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000
Location: Sunbury (Office based)
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinating subcontract engineers for installation projects, assisting in the management of incomplete installations
* Monitor the timely processing of projects through design, procurement and installation in line with customer programme and product lead times
* Managing costs, order materials for projects, and manage any late costs associated with these projects.
* Administrative tasks involve handling SAP processes, raising purchase orders for subcontract engineers, and providing customers with updates on project progress.
* Reporting to the Projects Director, ensuring information is accurate.
* Managing the invoicing process for completed projects.
Desirable:
* Project Management experience
* Previous Project Management experience within Construction, Building Materials, Engineering Manufacturing.
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
* Attention to detail
* Exposure to Project Management qualifications such as Agile or PRINCE2
* Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range
* Outgoing and customer driven nature
