Salary: £25,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: We require direct experience in several of the following areas: Windows Server 2008R2 to 2022, Active Directory and GPO, Exchange and Office 365, VMware ESXi 6.0 to 7.0 including vCentre, Citrix XenApp 7.15 LTSR and above and NetScalers, Microsoft Azure, networking with Cisco and HPE Aruba, SANs ideally NetApp, WiFi with Meraki and Unifi, backups with Veeam, MSP Backup and Datto, and security controls including AV, MFA, NPS, password policies and GPO lockdown. We are looking for strong infrastructure and networking skills and experience. We need someone who is comfortable troubleshooting and resolving issues in reference environments and on live systems. We require experience documenting, testing, implementing and supporting changes through an approved change control process. We are looking for someone with previous ownership of projects throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring targets are met. We need strong experience working with internal and external teams to a high professional standard. We are seeking an experienced IT professional with relevant infrastructure project delivery experience. Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent practical experience would be beneficial. Responsibilities: We will have you working on secure and complex projects, developing and supporting multiple internal and cloud-based infrastructures. We will expect you to work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers and Technical Consultants to ensure successful delivery of bespoke client projects. We will rely on you to deliver projects in a timely and professional manner. We will expect you to create procedural documentation for the support of colleagues. We will need you to troubleshoot, test, implement and support changes across live and reference environments. We will expect you to manage projects through the full lifecycle and help ensure targets are achieved. We will ask you to contribute your technical expertise to infrastructure design and project delivery. We will expect you to travel as required for the role.
