Private Client Solicitor - Dorking, SurreyA highly regarded law firm based in Dorking, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established and growing Private Client team.The firm offers high-quality, personalised legal services to a broad client base, including individuals, families, and high-net-worth clients across Surrey and the South East. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Trusts and tax planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection applications
The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent client care skills, and the ability to manage files with autonomy and efficiency.Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' PQE in private client law
* STEP qualification (or working towards) preferred
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
* Proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
