* Planning engaging, play-led learning in line with the EYFS
* Tracking children’s progress and supporting their next steps
* Building strong, open relationships with parents and carers

* Creating a calm, organised space where children can thrive
You’ll set the standard day to day, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere for both children and your team.

* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Confidence leading others and bringing out the best in your team
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A warm, approachable communication style
