About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches. A challenging role that requires leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver excellent on-shelf availability for our valued customers. Keeping your team focused on delivering great results and working safely will be key. The role may involve some duty management, for which full training will be provided.
There are real opportunities for progression across the Booker Group, with many Supervisors advancing into Store Management roles.
We operate a 5/7 day operation, and opening times can vary from branch to branch.

Responsibilities
* Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
* Reducing stock loss by addressing shrinkage and wastage.
* Managing replenishment costs through efficient stock handling, appropriate product placement, and secure goods receiving.
* Collaborating with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales causes.
* Maintaining product availability to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Passion for delivering exceptional operational standards.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and team management skills.
* Excellent communication skills with supervisory or managerial experience.
* Practical experience in food retail.
