Technical Manager Location: Essex (with site visits to London) Salary: Up to £85,000 A leading large-scale developer based in Essex is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join the team on a landmark £106m mixed-use development. The scheme includes a sports ground, community centre, and residential accommodation and is classed as a Higher-Risk Building (HRB). The project has successfully passed Gateway 2, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take a key technical leadership role as the development moves into construction.
