This position is perfect for an organised, people-focused individual who thrives on supporting hiring processes and managing high volumes of candidate communications. You will handle applications, onboarding, and candidate queries via phone and email, ensuring a smooth recruitment process as part of a busy and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly respond to and acknowledge all candidate and client queries.
* Coordinate recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
* Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
* Track recruitment progress and ensure all positions are filled within agreed timescales.
* Successfully onboard new hires, carrying out relevant document checks
* Stay up to date and adhere to GDPR guidelines
* Maintain accurate and organised records of all recruitment activities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment administration or a similar office-based coordination role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Team-oriented, with excellent relationship-building skills across different stakeholders.
