Children's Social Worker Team Manager – Grade 12 Rate: £43 per hour (Umbrella) Contract: Full Time Working Pattern: Hybrid (flexibility required, including occasional out-of-hours work, travel, and emergency rota participation) Are you an experienced Social Work professional ready to lead and inspire? We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker Team Manager to provide strong operational leadership and drive high-quality services for children, young people, and families. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping practice through a strengths-based, relational, and trauma-informed approach. About the Role As Team Manager, you will ensure that children and young people remain at the heart of all practice, delivering a responsive, safe, and effective service aligned with Our Way of Working. You will lead a team of social workers, promoting a positive and high-performing culture while ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and risk is effectively managed.
