Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator

As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Administrator to join our remote back-office team. This is a key role within the business, supporting advisers and helping to drive operational excellence across our processes.
The Role
This is a fully remote position with no requirement to attend an office on a regular basis. You will work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and the wider operations team, taking ownership of administrative processes and helping to improve efficiency across the business.
As a senior member of the team, you will also play an important role in refining workflows, supporting junior staff, and contributing to the ongoing development of our internal platform and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Processing new business across a range of financial products
* Ongoing servicing and maintenance of client plans (including fund switches and cash management)
* Managing and tracking Letters of Authority
* Liaising with product providers and clients to progress cases
* Preparing client valuation reports and annual review documentation
* Supporting advisers with protection and mortgage applications
* Assisting with income reconciliation
* Reviewing, improving, and implementing administrative processes
* Providing feedback on internal systems and contributing to back office platform improvements
* Supporting and mentoring administrators where appropriate
What We’re Looking For

Experience:
* Proven experience in a financial planning administration role for a minimum of 5 years (essential)
* Experience supporting advisers across multiple case types
* Previous experience in a senior or supervisory capacity (preferred)
Working Pattern
* Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
* Fully remote, with very occasional travel if required
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary £30-000 to £32,000 (dependent on experience)
