WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Deliver customer engagement activities as part of live brand campaigns
* Apply marketing thinking to understand customer motivations and close effectively
* Represent Relay Direct's brand partners with professionalism and authenticity
* Contribute to campaign strategy, target-setting, and performance analysis
* Build towards a senior role in sales, marketing, or commercial management
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in both sales and marketing
* Excellent communicator — both in conversation and in understanding customer needs
* Results-oriented and motivated by measurable performance and progression
* Marketing, business, or communications graduates especially encouraged to apply
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
