We're a £10 million+ waste management company on a mission to double in size within the next 4 years. To get there, we're looking for an exceptional Sales Manager who can own and optimise our sales function from pipeline to process — and help us unlock our next phase of growth.;
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:
* Manage and develop the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure for B2B and B2C
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-led forecasting
* Set, monitor, and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Implement process improvements to reduce sales cycle time and improve conversion
* Coach and mentor a growing team of sales executives and account managers
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure delivery and customer retention
* Provide accurate, timely reporting to leadership on pipeline health and performance metrics
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Is a completer-finisher, someone who doesn't just start strong, but delivers all the way to the end
* Has 5+ years in B2B sales management (experience in waste management, facilities, or industrial services is a strong plus)
* Understands how to build and scale predictable sales processes
* Is motivated by targets, metrics, and operational excellence
* Is confident using CRM systems to manage pipeline and reporting
* Has strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where accountability matters
