The ideal candidate will have experience selling to railway asset owners and train operators in the UK. Experience in Europe or the Middle East is also highly valued.

Key Accountabilities
* Set and drive the strategic direction of the high-speed transport business line, aligned with the company’s broader vision.
* Shape market positioning and develop long-term growth plans for passenger Wi-Fi and connectivity offload solutions in the transport sector.
* Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting high-speed connectivity.
* Deliver on revenue, margin, and profitability targets for the business line.
* Lead pricing strategy and commercial models for products and services.
* Oversee business development, including customer acquisition, partnerships, and key account management within the transport industry.
* Identify and develop new commercial opportunities with train operators, system integrators, and infrastructure partners.
* Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technological innovation, and business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to turn market requirements into deliverable solutions.
