Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What youll do Customer group - People who have experienced homelessness with a wide range of support needs including but not limited to ex-offending, substance misuse, mental & physical health. Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales. This will involve picking up a broom or paint brush! Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure were compliant.
