We are looking for a Stores Person who is responsible for implementing goods received, tracking inventory, and storing goods within the allocated facilities. Duties to include supporting VAA within a fast-paced environment, and strictly complying with Part 145, EASA, and CAA regulations
Role Responsibilities:
* Booking items into PrimeFlgihts inventory system (Quantum) following our booking in procedure
* Relocating any items that have been or are to be transferred.
* Stock Checking inventory (Monthly)
* A/C preload kits, replenishing, stock adjusting and sending in time with A/C inputs.
* Booking in customer repair orders and raising internal work cards
* Co-ordinate internal consumable repairs/soft furnishing, ensuring on time delivery to correct destination.
* Manage stores supplies, notify purchasing when item needed.
* Update parts movement spreadsheets daily.
* Daily shuttle runs to off-site facility.
What were looking for?
* Full UK Driving License
* Strong Excel skills
* Tracking the Movement of stock and managing the storage
* Stores Experience essential, preferably within the aviation Industry
* Delivery Driving Experience preferred with LWB commercial vehicles
* Must work under own initiative and be able to plan workloads and prioritise.
* Good Teamwork skills
* Good PC knowledge
* Be Able to work under pressure.
