About the role
As Store Manager, you’ll lead and support an experienced team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving store performance. You’ll be hands‑on on the shop floor, role‑modelling Vision Express values and ensuring every customer feels cared for.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating and developing your team
* Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty and NPS
* Managing daily operations, performance and resource planning
* Upholding Vision Express standards and brand values
* Building long‑term relationships with customers and colleagues
What we’re looking for:
* Strong customer focus and passion for service
* Confidence leading a small, established retail team
* Positive energy, reliability and emotional intelligence
* A hands‑on leadership style with good problem‑solving skills
* Ability to improve performance and drive results
Experience in optical retail or store management is beneficial, but we welcome applications from candidates ready for their first Store Manager role.
