An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Director to join a world-leading, innovative medical technology organisation at the forefront of their market.
As a globally recognised developer and manufacturer of advanced surgical products, with a strong international footprint across Europe, the US, and Asia. With continued growth driven by innovation, strategic acquisitions, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes, they are now seeking a high-calibre commercial leader to take ownership of a product category on a global scale.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for global sales performance, strategic marketing, and portfolio leadership. You will operate within a complex matrix environment, influencing both direct and indirect teams while driving commercial success across multiple international markets.

Skills & Experience Needed:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ management experience, including 3+ years at Director level
• Experience within cardiovascular (CV) markets and/or sutures highly desirable
• Proven success operating within complex global matrix organisations
• Strong leadership experience managing international and remote teams
• Demonstrated B2B sales success and experience managing multinational partnerships
• Experience in product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling and margin analysis
