We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Woking, starting as soon as possible. The Role As a Year 3 Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and assess lessons across all areas of the curriculum. You will foster independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours, while supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally. You will also ensure a smooth progression from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2, helping pupils adapt to the curriculum and develop the skills needed for Upper Key Stage 2. You will work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to provide differentiated support for all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL. Maintaining accurate records, observing pupil progress, and communicating effectively with parents and carers are essential aspects of the role.
