⏰ Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm
SANZA Teaching Agency are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school located in the heart of Islington. The school is seeking a positive, proactive and organised School Administrator / Receptionist to join their welcoming office team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant primary school environment where staff work collaboratively and value professionalism, warmth and strong communication.
About the Role:
Acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors
Managing front desk reception duties in a professional and welcoming manner
Answering phone calls and responding to emails and general enquiries
Supporting with day-to-day administrative tasks across the school office
Liaising with staff, parents and pupils to resolve queries efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working in a school office or administrative role
Teaching Assistant experience will also be considered, particularly if you have a strong understanding of how a school operates
Friendly, upbeat and professional approach
Proactive, organised and willing to learn
Confident communicating with staff, parents and pupils
Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy school environment
The school is looking for someone who can bring positive energy to the office, build strong relationships and contribute to the smooth running of the school day.
