Person specification The Main Responsibilities Of The Posts Are Support the Soft FM team in the management and delivery of all contract changes in respect of injected Major Works projects into the Soft FM contract, ensuring records are maintained. Support Senior Performance Manager in the management of GFA data in SDG data area, liaising with all team members to ensure GFA data records are stored appropriately, maintained and up to date. Provide managerial support and performance management support, including meeting organisation, co-ordination and recording to Asst Hd SDG and Senior Performance Manager Soft FM in delivering the performance management of the Soft FM contract at HMNB Clyde. Maintain the SDG data area for Soft FM and act as the interface between SDG team to ensure records are maintained accordingly. Provide management of the SDG permission groups for Soft FM and data organisation to to Asst Hd SDG and Soft FM SDG team. Provide support to the SDG team in data analysis, assurance and Governance Boards.
