Team Member Peak Season (Sales) – Glasgow Silverburn (N104170)
Duration: 8.75 hours per week – Monday 16:00‑20:30, Wednesday 17:15‑21:30
Role Overview: Join our sales floor team during the busiest season, supporting the store from the lead‑up to Christmas through the End of Season Winter Sale. You’ll provide friendly service, engage customers, help with stock, and contribute to a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer fast, friendly service at all times, helping customers find exactly what they need
* Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products
* Keep the sales floor looking great, easy to shop, and well‑stocked
* Support across the store, including working in the stockroom and helping process deliveries
* Move stock quickly and efficiently to the sales floor
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and managers
* Take ownership of your own development and learning
Qualifications:
* Confident speaking to customers and happy to help
* A team player who stays calm and focused when it’s busy
* Quick to learn and willing to try new things
* Self‑motivated, positive, and dependable
* Well‑presented and proud to be part of the team
