Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to children/young people with SEN
* Assist with daily routines, social activities, and community access
* Support emotional wellbeing and development
* Follow care plans and work collaboratively with families
* Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
About You:
* Caring, patient, and understanding nature
* Experience with SEN (preferred but not essential)
* Reliable and flexible to meet varying schedules
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trusting relationships
