You will be creative, patient and caring and enjoy working in a team to provide the best quality care possible for children with a wide range of disabilities.

You will be fun and child focussed and able to work as part of a team to plan and deliver care.
The Level 3 post is a senior role, so we are looking for people with experience and skill of planning, leading and motivating others. Levels 3s will supervise other staff and in the short breaks team, you will take on additional clinical duties.
You must have excellent ability in written and numerical skills. Health and Social Care CYP NVQ 3 / Level 3 Diploma are desirable or the commitment to study to achieve this is essential.
