The role
You'll take ownership of a varied property litigation caseload, working closely with an experienced team while maintaining autonomy over your matters.
Work will include:
* Residential and commercial property disputes
* Landlord & tenant matters
* Lease extensions and enfranchisement
* Boundary disputes and adverse possession
* Dilapidations and break notices
You'll also play a role in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activity.
About you
* Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation
* Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Ideally experienced in enfranchisement / right to manage work
* Strong communicator with a commercial, client-first mindset
* Keen to get involved in networking and growing your own profile
