Support WorkerPay rate: £12.44- £12.98 per hourShift pattern:7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am (Mon to Sun)Pay: weekly or monthlyA meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest!We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Coventry.This person has Brain Injury and complex clinical needs such as gastrostomy care, tracheostomy care— and relies on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
