£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Responsibilities
1. Provide individualised instruction to students in a one-on-one setting
2. Create and implement personalised learning plans based on students' needs and goals
3. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
4. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
Minimum Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience in delivering one-on-one tutoring or teaching
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Additional Skills and Knowledge
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
* Ability to assess student learning styles and adapt teaching strategies
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or Special Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs

Pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This role is for a temporary position, with potential to become permanent later.
