Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support a growing organisation based in Wythenshawe.



Role Overview:



As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing and effective communication across departments. Your responsibilities will include:




1. Accurately processing customer orders and amendments

2. Confirming, scheduling, and communicating orders to relevant teams

3. Collaborating with Finance and Sales to prevent delivery delays

4. Coordinating with supply chain, planning, and transport departments

5. Monitoring order progress and ensuring on-time fulfilment

6. Organising timely delivery of samples to customers

7. Maintaining accurate order records and documentation

8. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation

9. Liaising with customers about their orders and addressing any escalations

10. Contributing to pricing updates and internal reporting

11. Acting as a key communication link between departments and customers

12. Responding quickly to daily challenges and maintaining high customer service standards




What We're Looking For:



The ideal candidate will possess:



13. Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or order processing role (FMCG experience is a plus)

14. Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail

15. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills across various departments

17. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working Hours:




24. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

25. Office-based environment
