Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Manager within our PayByPhone division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business, located in Hatfield, UK. In this role, you will be assisting the Head of Client Management and the UK Commercial Director in achieving revenue growth targets set out by the business by maintaining a great relationship with existing clients but always having a ‘sales first’ approach to client contact. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Client Management.
Role is based in a hybrid environment with setup and support provided by the company.
Responsibilities
* Striving to grow revenue & transactions for designated sets of clients against agreed targets.
* Increasing space count by adding new CPZs, car parks or on/off street locations with a focus on gated off-street opportunities.
* Actively create opportunities to remove P&D machines using case studies and data.
* Contacting all key (platinum & gold) clients monthly by email or phone to ensure that they are up to date with latest product releases.
* Ensuring contract review meetings are held with all key clients quarterly, followed by an annual service review for all clients.
* Maintain client development plans for key clients with detailed revenue growth targets, measured quarterly.
* Working with Marketing to create presentations & case studies to upsell additional products such as Gated Off-Street, Emissions, Rights and Rates and Permits to generate additional revenues.
* Ensuring clients renew and extend contracts where eligible.
* Maintaining meeting notes and actions and keeping Salesforce updated with client information.
* Liaising with the Client support team to ensure KPI’s are met on issues raised through Operational Support, raising escalations where needed.
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Client and relationship Management as well as Sales upselling.
* Significant previous experience in a client-facing environment.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather, analyze and present material clearly and concisely.
* Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* A customer-centric approach and ability to ensure the right teams are resolving the correct tasks within set SLAs.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to identify and process a sales opportunity quickly.
