We have been retained to support the recruitment of a Headteacher for this progress SEND school in Birmingham. You will be part of the Trust SLT and have a genuine desire to lead on initiatives that have a far reaching impact.
You will be:-
An experienced Headteacher
Will have worked in a SEND setting to include complex needs
NPQH
QTS
A strong communicator able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Able to demonstrate a strong track record of progressive leadership
Used to working with and developing an SEND teaching, learning and support team
