The Role
We're looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially minded Client Relationship Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and orchestrate cross-channel strategies.
You’ll sit at the heart of the client experience—owning relationships, aligning performance teams, and helping brands scale through well-structured campaigns and smart collaboration.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the Relationship:
* Manage a portfolio of growth-focused clients—building trust, setting expectations, and being their go-to strategic partner.
* Cross-Channel Delivery:
* Coordinate internal teams across PPC, SEO, UX and CRO to deliver integrated strategies that drive real results.
* Communicate With Confidence:
* Run client meetings, performance reviews, and weekly calls with clarity, confidence, and energy.
* Spot and Drive Growth:
* Identify commercial opportunities, upsell solutions, and work with clients on strategic roadmaps.
* Keep Everything Moving:
* Own timelines, deliverables, and client happiness—resolving blockers, aligning teams, and always staying one step ahead.
What You Bring
* Solid experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a digital agency or performance-focused environment.
* Strong understanding of Paid Media, SEO, CRO, and UX—and how they fit together.
* Commercial mindset: can speak to both brand and performance goals with ease.
* Brilliant communicator and confident relationship builder.
* Super-organised, deadline-aware, and naturally proactive.
