Job Details
Location: Stratford‑Upon‑Avon
Pay: £13.75 per hour (days) | £11.44 per hour (sleep nights)
Shifts: 1 x 24‑hour shift per week
Driver required: Yes - full licence and access to your own vehicle
Responsibilities
We are looking for a kind, compassionate carer to support a young lady with a spinal cord injury. The role involves assisting with daily activities, encouraging participation in meaningful activities such as gardening, and ensuring a good quality of life. The candidate should be a good listener, have a “can do” attitude, and be able to follow instructions.
Qualifications
* Experience in working with bowel management
* Good listener and willing to learn new skills
* Happy to work alongside pets
