As they continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Assistant to help drive our People & Culture strategy forward. What You'll Do You'll be at the heart of our HR operations, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to training and employee engagement. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you'll help shape a positive employee experience across the business. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance review processes Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR digital platforms Assist with payroll and ensure compliance with industry regulations Support internal communications and engagement initiatives Prepare reports, track KPIs, and assist with audits Provide general HR support across all departments What You'll Bring Experience in HR or business administration Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset Why this role?
