Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, Willow Pumps and Filta are two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains
* Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
* Carrying out surveys
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
* Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
* Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
* Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year. This would be one week in four– variable according to business needs
Experience / Qualifications
* Ideally, previous reactive drainage experience within a commercial and domestic setting
* On-site experience in a construction/ground working/civils environment
* Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
* Positive, flexible, can-do attitude
* Willingness to be part of a growing and progressive business
* Be willing to work some unsociable hours
* Full clean UK driving licence
