As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager with a strong management background to lead and enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Strategy & Leadership
o Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with RTM Motors' goals and standards.
o Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
o Identify operational risks and opportunities and drive continuous improvement across all departments.
• Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring
o Analyse business data (sales, inventory, margins, etc.) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
o Create regular reports and dashboards to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
o Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis for key operational initiatives.
• Process Improvement & Change Management
o Evaluate and streamline workflows across sales, procurement, logistics, and customer service.
o Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during system or process changes.
o Identify and implement new technologies or systems to enhance efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
o Act as a key liaison between senior management and operational teams.
o Involve and Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and service departments to align goals and improve internal communication.
o Provide guidance and leadership to team leaders and department heads.
• Strategic Projects
o Support growth initiatives including market expansion, digital transformation, or new service lines.
o Assist with business case development, feasibility studies, and project management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or related discipline
• Demonstrable experience in operations management, process optimization, or strategic planning
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in managing budgets, financial models, P&L oversight
• Exceptional communication (written & verbal), stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: £33500 per annum
• Standard working hours (37.5 hours/week); overtime may apply (paid or time-off in lieu)
