Requirements:

* Proven experience as a people manager or similar role, preferably in a laboratory environment.
* Solid understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (, ISO 9001, GMP, GLP, FDA regulations).
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
* Analytical approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present quality-related information.
* Thorough and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver.
* Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
* Certifications in continuous improvement (, PPI, Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
