Job Title: QTS Teacher
Location: Hounslow, London
Contract Type: Flexible, Part-Time/Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £25-35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, tailored lessons in Maths and/or English to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that cater to both standard and SEN students.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
* Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure an inclusive educational experience.
* Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and SEN support strategies.
Requirements:
* Valid QTS is essential.
* Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in Maths and/or English.
* Proven experience working with SEN students.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Must have, or be willing to undertake, an enhanced DBS check.
Desired:
* SEN certification is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and adaptable teaching approach that fosters a positive learning environment.
