Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure / Highways | Wolverhampton, West Midlands £60,000 to £73,000 Package Hybrid working A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a major transport and highways improvement programme across the West Midlands. This is a high-profile, multi-scheme programme focused on upgrading key transport routes and infrastructure, offering long-term stability, complex project exposure, and excellent career progression within a well-established contractor. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple work packages within a fast-paced infrastructure environment. You'll work closely with operational teams and the client, ensuring robust cost control, contract compliance, and effective commercial delivery throughout the project lifecycle. A strong working knowledge of NEC contracts is essential, as you will play a key role in managing compensation events, change control, and contractual communications.
