An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Children and Family Services (CAFS), supporting the directorate’s readiness for regulatory inspections and supporting a number of strategic Job Advert partnerships and boards. As Partnership and Planning Assistant, you will require a knowledge and understanding of complex governance arrangements and be responsible for: Provide support to key strategic partnership and planning structures by management of meeting cycles, preparation distribution of agendas, papers and minutes and taking a lead role in supporting agreed priorities and programmes of work of partnerships as required Attending joint partnership priority meetings to minute and provide appropriate support to the meeting. Maintaining effective partnership communication frameworks including database of contacts from relevant statutory, voluntary and user groups and facilitating senior managers from across the partnership to contribute to e-bulletins and newsletters for timely distribution. Being responsible for operational communications to key partners, including those of a sensitive, confidential and restricted nature, ensuring appropriate secure communication channels are used and information governance and data protection policy is adhered to at all times. Producing high quality, professionally presented documents using a range of IT applications.
