We are currently seeking a Service Manager to take on a vital role in our Complex Needs Service in Tower Hamlets.
Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As the Service Manager, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the Tower Hamlet Supported Living Services at Huddleston Close.
* Oversee service delivery, referrals, clients, and caseloads.
* Guide the staff team to ensure an effective, empowering, recovery-focused approach in safe environments for our Service Users.

* Collaboration with the Senior Management Team for strategic planning and policy development.
