The operation includes a busy bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and café facilities, with service volumes reaching up to 500 covers per day during peak periods. A 5 star resort catering for guest owners, holiday guests and day visitors.
As Head chef You will lead from the front, drive standards across the kitchen and build a positive culture based on teamwork, consistency and professionalism.
We are looking for a Head Chef who:
Has strong Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience
Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Cares deeply about quality, presentation and service
Loves working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
Can organise, motivate and develop a brigade
Leads with calmness, energy and consistency
Takes pride in running a clean, professional kitchen
