PRS Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Transport Administrator to work within their client's very busy transport office based in Dartford on a Temporary - Permanent Contract. The Role: General Administration duties, including data entry, taking inbound / making outbound calls to Drivers & Customers. Brief/debrief Drivers. Assist with route planning. To work efficiently and professionally to ensure all work is accurate and finished to a high standard. Provide and demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times. Rotating shifts 1:30pm - 9:30pm one week, 5am - 2pm the next. Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday. The Package: £14.50ph 37.5 hour week Weekly Pay Up to 28 days paid Holiday Pension Scheme Ongoing Training and Development Requirements: Previous administration experience is essential Good IT skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly organised and able to multi-task Ideally, have worked within the transport or service sectors Essential Behaviours: Act in a calm and professional manner at all times Be upbeat, proactive, and positive, with a can-do attitude Be professional and presentable at all times Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
