Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:
* I am looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Analyst in an enterprise-scale SAP environment. You should have proven experience in multi-project SAP delivery, preferably within both ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. Experience in supporting the recovery or remediation of challenged SAP programmes is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM) and their related integration points. Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, and quality assurance practices is required. Proficiency in SAP reporting and analytics tools, as well as skills in vendor management and stakeholder engagement at all levels, are also important. You should have strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will engage with business stakeholders across multiple functions to elicit, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements for SAP modules and processes. You will analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that leverage SAP capabilities and industry best practices. It is essential that you ensure requirements are prioritized and aligned across multiple concurrent projects while managing interdependencies and avoiding duplication. You will translate business needs into feasible, scalable SAP solutions in collaboration with SAP functional and technical consultants. Supporting remediation efforts for previously challenged or failed SAP workstreams and participating in full project lifecycles from planning and design to implementation and post-go-live stabilization will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will develop and execute test scenarios and scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure defect resolution before go-live. You will also handle change impact assessments, user training, and adoption strategies, acting as a trusted liaison between business teams, SAP CoE, and external vendors.
