Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Team based in Ashford, Kent, TN254BF. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and home working. The position offers a chance to work in a global medical devices organization, leading and supporting through a change period. The role involves engaging with global projects and managing key functions for the UK, Ireland, and UAE entities.
The responsibilities include leading HR processes for the site, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies, supporting staffing and recruitment, collaborating with business partners to solve problems, representing management in disciplinary and grievance procedures, maintaining HR systems and data, managing performance and employee relations, delivering training, and participating in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives.
